Started in the
year 1996 as a partnership firm, we, Effective Architectural
Services, are a leading Consultancy Service Provider in the field of Construction and Designing. As a consultant, we offer architectural, engineering and structural design solutions to our clients. We have provided
consultancy services for myriad number of pubic and private sector
projects such as Tagore Beach Development Project Forum in Gujarat,
GSIDC and GSUDA for Urban Infrastructure projects in Goa and many
others in different parts of India. Our services have been
widely appreciated by these clients and have assisted us in maintaining long term
relationship with them.
After starting our
journey at Porvorim, Goa, the firm was taken over by Milind Ramani in
2000 and shifted to a ultra-modern computerized office at Panaji in
Goa. He took over the the reins of the company in order to fine-tune
the range of services, we offer. Effective Architectural Services is a part of a group

|
Establishment of the proprietorship firm ‘Milind
Ramani and Associates’ at Baroda, Gujarat in February.

1996
|
Effective Architectural Services began its
operations at Porvorim, Goa in June. The firm handled several
prestigious projects including AXT Museum (a conservation project)
and Candolim (I) Pvt. Ltd. (an industrial project) at Valpoi, Goa.

1997
|
During the year, the firm successfully handled
projects like Synergy, an industrial set-up at Verna, Goa.
|

1998
|
One of the most dignified projects of the firm,
MSJ Brushes, began at Verna, Goa.

1999
|
Corlim, the first project of Ciba Specialty
Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., marked the beginning of a long-term business
relationship between the firm and the client.

2000
|
Milind Ramani took over the reins of Effective
Architectural Services and shifted its office to Panaji, Goa in
Jan. The office got a new look and was fully computerized.

2001
|
The firm inked a deal with IL&FS as
architectural and planning consultant for various infrastructure
projects in Goa. The firm bagged a major contract of Rs. 7 Crores
for completing a pharmaceutical project.

2002:
|
The firm signed a joint venture agreement with
Pune based architectural and engineering firm Archivista
Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. as architectural consultant;
Empaneled as consultants with GSIDC and GSUDA for Urban
Infrastructure projects in Goa.

The firm joined hands with with SUDA, Shimoga
(Karnataka) for big urban projects; selected as consultant for
Tagore Beach Development Project Forum, Dept of Tourism Govt. of
Karnataka.
Empaneled with GSIDC; selected as consultant for
repair and up-gradation of 1000 schools across Goa, Fatorda Lake
Development, and Chimbel Rehabilitation Housing.

Projects for Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation

2005
|
Inked deal with Stup Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and
TUV (ISO Certification Company) for Goa international Airport,
Mopa and Vizag Beach Development, Vishakapattam; appointed as
Consultant for Unkal Lake at Hubli, and Sunshine Worldwide School,
Baiguinim.

The firm struck deal with GSIDC for major and
minor infrastructural works; shortlisted as consultant for
Tariwada Rehabilitation Housing, Government High Schools in
Sattari, Goa University Boys Hostel and Science Faculty Buildings,
and Reconstruction of D.B. Football Stadium. It is empaneled with
National Institute of Oceanography.

Associated with Delanco Real Estate Pvt Ltd, DLF
Consultants as resident architects for the firm in Goa. Major
Projects include Hilton Hotel at Reis Magos, Goa. Successful
completion of Tagore Beach Development Project at Karwar for
Karnataka tourism and Panambur Beach Project for New Mangalore
Port Trust. Appointed as consultant for Up-gradation of Community
Health Center at Valpoi; completion of Development of Land for
Housing Project at Verna and Loutolim for Goa State Infrastructure
Development.

Refurbishment and Restoration of FDA building and Maquinez Palace

of Goa in record time for IFFI, Goa; appointed as consultants for
